Job Description:
Baggyland Agency is seeking a highly organized and people-savvy Business Development Manager to lead day-to-day operations and support our growing roster of influencers. This person will act as the operational backbone of our team, ensuring smooth execution of all campaigns and coordination efforts.
Responsibilities include:
- Overseeing daily operations for content creator activities
- Monitoring and managing content calendars
- Coordinating with content creators to receive and review their schedules
- Managing logistics, including staff, equipment, tools, and extras
- Acting as the key point of contact to keep all moving parts aligned
- Reporting directly to the Director
Job Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in operations, production, or executive support within a fast-paced industry such as marketing, media, or entertainment
- Strong organizational and people management skills
- Detail-oriented, empathetic, and solution-driven
- Able to remain calm and efficient under pressure
- Friendly and confident communicator
