Job Descriptions

  1. We are seeking a highly creative and visually-driven Content Creator to join a dynamic and fast-growing brand in the beauty and wellness industry.
  2. This role is ideal for a digital storyteller with a passion for skincare, aesthetics, or lifestyle content.
  3. The ideal candidate has experience crafting engaging visuals and videos, understands beauty trends, and thrives in a fast-paced, brand-conscious environment.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute captivating content across social media, email, blog, and video platforms, aligning with the brand’s tone and identity.
  2. Craft compelling story-driven campaigns and visuals that resonate with beauty-conscious audiences.
  3. Generate and edit short-form videos, Reels/TikToks, product tutorials, and behind-the-scenes content with strong emotional and visual impact.
  4. Stay on top of trends in the beauty, skincare, and lifestyle space, bringing fresh, relevant ideas to the table.
  5. Collaborate with creative teams, digital marketers, and leadership to maintain consistent brand messaging.
  6. Attend events, product launches, and content shoots, capturing and curating real-time content.
  7. Manage content calendars and analytics tools to ensure engagement and performance goals are met.
  8. Deliver end-to-end content from ideation through post-production, photography, videography, editing, and publishing.

Job Qualifications

  1. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree qualification
  2. 2 – 3 years proven experience in content creation, preferably in the beauty, fashion, skincare, beauty clinics, or lifestyle sectors.
  3. Strong creative portfolio showcasing photography, video editing, and social media campaigns.
  4. Proficiency with tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, InShot, or equivalent.
  5. Excellent understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube best practices and algorithms.
  6. Strong visual storytelling ability with an eye for beauty, aesthetics and brand voice.
  7. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, feedback-driven environment.

Salary

N200,000 – N250,000 / month
