Job Description

Location: Ago road, Amuwo-odofin, Lagos

Experience: 1-2 years

Salary: N150,000

Note: Applicants should be based in or around Amuwo-Odofin for easy commuting.

Job Description:

  • Inventory control: Implement and manage procedures to optimize inventory control, including ordering, receiving, and storing goods.
  • Data analysis: Analyze inventory data to identify trends, forecast demands and optimize stock levels. Credit note and invoicing: Utilize the Tally software to generate credit note and supply invoices.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present reports on inventory levels, performance and potential issues.
  • Continuous improvement: Suggest and implement solutions for continuous improvement in inventory management process.
  • Quality control: Ensure the quality on incoming inventory and maintain standards in storage.
  • Online outlet sales: Manage Shoprite sales, including order tracking through their portal and coordinating with the sales team for timely supply. Also ensure product confirmed order on Konga or any other sales platform is delivered.
  • Team leadership: Oversee and lead a team of warehouse staff, ensuring proper procedures are followed.
  • Inventory systems: Manage and utilize tracking systems to monitor stock levels in all warehouses and track movements
  • Product accuracy: Confirm product accuracy prior to dispatch and address any discrepancies.

Job Requirements:

  1. Proficiency in MS Excel
  2. Good use of Tally software
  3. ⁠Good communication and leadership skills
  4. Must have completed NYSC
  5. Must not be more than 35yrs old
