Role Summary
We’re looking for a creative and community-driven Social Media & Community Manager to tell the Forkeeps story, build connection, and grow our brand across digital platforms. In this role, you’ll be responsible for creating engaging content, growing our online presence, and building a strong community of people who believe in secondhand fashion with style. You’ll work closely with the growth and content teams to amplify campaigns, celebrate our sellers and buyers, and turn followers into loyal users and advocates.

Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation: Create fun, stylish, and on-brand content (videos, carousels, captions, stories, reels, blogposts etc.) for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, blog, X, and more.
- Social Strategy & Scheduling: Plan and manage the social media content calendar, ensuring consistent posting and alignment with marketing campaigns.
- Community Engagement: Respond to DMs, comments, tags, and mentions in a timely and authentic way. Spark conversations and build relationships with our community.
- UGC & Seller Spotlights: Source and share content from Forkeeps sellers and buyers. Celebrate our users and amplify their stories.
- Campaign Support: Collaborate with the growth team on social rollouts for product launches, campaigns, events, and promotions.
- Social Listening: Monitor trends, hashtags, and cultural moments to keep Forkeeps relevant and visible.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track and report on social growth, engagement, and reach—use insights to improve strategy and content.
- Community Activation: Plan and manage community engagement activities online or offline (giveaways, AMAs, closet tours, etc.)
Who You Are
- 1–3 years experience managing brand social media accounts (bonus if in fashion, lifestyle, or Gen Z brands).
- Strong sense of aesthetics, tone, and storytelling.
- Skilled in using video editing tools like CapCut, InShot, Canva, or similar to create engaging short-form content.
- Deep familiarity with TikTok and Instagram trends, and ready to shoot content.
- Excellent communication and writing skills—you know how to be witty, helpful, or heartfelt, depending on the moment.
- Organised, self-motivated, and proactive with a love for creative problem-solving.
- Passionate about fashion, sustainability, or secondhand culture.
