Job Position: Customer Care Officer
Location: Lagos
Summary
The candidate will act as a liaison, provide product/services information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems your customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage work in customer, incoming phone calls and customer complaints
- Generate sales lead
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts
- Meet customer service team sales targets.
Job Requirements
- A Bachelor`s Degree or HND in Mass Communication, Business Administration, Public Administration, Marketing, etc
- Good communication and writing skills, knowledge of computers and an added advantage
- Must be a Female
- Keep records of customer interactions, etc.
Other Requirements
Interested candidates must reside in Lagos preferably within this key region (Festac Town, Mile 2, Satellite Town, Ojo Town, Igando, Abule-Ado and environs).
