Job Position: Customer Care Officer
Location: Lagos

Summary

The candidate will act as a liaison, provide product/services information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems your customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Manage work in customer, incoming phone calls and customer complaints
  2. Generate sales lead
  3. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts
  4. Meet customer service team sales targets.

Job Requirements

  1. A Bachelor`s Degree or HND in Mass Communication, Business Administration, Public Administration, Marketing, etc
  2. Good communication and writing skills, knowledge of computers and an added advantage
  3. Must be a Female
  4. Keep records of customer interactions, etc.

Other Requirements

Interested candidates must reside in Lagos preferably within this key region (Festac Town, Mile 2, Satellite Town, Ojo Town, Igando, Abule-Ado and environs).
