Job Description

We are seeking a creative and motivated Content Writer / Digital Marketing Associate to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate will have strong writing skills, a flair for digital storytelling, and hands-on experience in digital marketing.

You will be responsible for developing engaging content, managing online campaigns, and supporting brand visibility across digital channels.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Create engaging and original content for blogs, websites, newsletters, and social media.
  2. Develop and manage social media calendars and campaigns to drive engagement.
  3. Optimise content for SEO and ensure alignment with digital marketing best practices.
  4. Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance using digital analytics tools.
  5. Collaborate with the design team to create multimedia content (graphics, videos, etc.).
  6. Assist in executing email marketing and paid advertising campaigns.
  7. Stay updated with industry trends and suggest innovative digital strategies.

Candidate Profile

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field.
  2. 1–2 years of experience in content writing and digital marketing.
  3. Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  4. Basic knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and social media management tools.
  5. Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines.
  6. Familiarity with Canva, WordPress, or similar platforms is an added advantage.

Compensation

  1. Salary: N150,000 – N200,000 monthly (based on experience).
