Job Description

We are looking for a vibrant female Content Creator Specialist who is ready to work in a team, with the ability to perform the responsibilities below

Job Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning:

  1. Collaborate with the marketing department to understand short- and long-term business goals
  2. Develop and implement integrated content strategies across channels
  3. Stay ahead of industry trends and proactively recommend content campaigns
  4. Research and implement SEO tactics to increase organic traffic and brand visibility
  5. Contribute ideas for campaign themes, content pillars, and storytelling frameworks

Copywriting & Content Creation:

  1. Write clear, engaging, and strategic copy for website, social media, ads, emails, blogs, scripts, and podcast episodes, etc.
  2. Draft and maintain engaging copy across public communications and branded platforms
  3. Convert customer needs and feedback into customer-centric storytelling

Social Media Management:

  1. Manage day-to-day content scheduling, posting, and monitoring across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, and LinkedIn
  2. Use tools (e.g., Meta Suite, Buffer, Notion) to keep calendars updated and performance tracked
  3. Interact with the audience and grow community engagement and loyalty

Video Creation:

  1. Create mobile-first short-form video content(Reels, TikToks, etc.) using just your phone + editing tools
  2. Record, script, and edit authentic, brand-aligned visual content
  3. Optimise videos for platform performance and virality to grab customer attention

Visual Content & Design:

  1. Use tools like Canva, Figma, or Adobe Express to design basic static and motion graphics
  2. Collaborate with designers when higher complexity is needed, but lead with fast-turnaround visuals
  3. Contribute to brand aesthetics, including logo treatments, taglines, and promotional designs

Content Optimisation & Reporting:

  1. Track content engagement, reach, and performance metrics
  2. Analyse web and social data to optimise strategies and adjust quickly
  3. Use insights to improve traffic, conversions, and user retention

Compliance & Consistency:

  1. Ensure content aligns with brand voice, history, and plans
  2. Ensure all content adheres to copyright and data protection laws
  3. Maintain consistency across platforms and campaigns

Content Marketing Executive Requirements

  1. Minimum of a BSc Degree / HND in a related field.
  2. Content marketing, social media, or creative production experience.
  3. A focus on content marketing for a B2B technology business could be in a pure content role or a broader marketing role with some content marketing.
  4. Excellent writing skills and the ability to communicate at all levels.
  5. Track record of producing a wide variety of content.
  6. Video editing would be an advantage.
  7. Must present Portfolios with links to your writing samples and video content.
