Job Description

Location: Lagos

The role involves managing front  desk operations, providing basic customer service support, and ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative activities. The officer is responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, directing customer inquiries appropriately, and supporting internal teams with clerical and operational tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome clients and visitors professionally and courteously.
  • Direct clients to appropriate departments or officers based on their needs.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
  • Receive and log incoming correspondence and deliveries.
  • Provide basic information about bank services and products.
  • Support customer service officers in handling client documentation and filing.
  • Assist with data entry, photocopying, scanning, and general clerical duties.
  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with all bank policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Currently serving NYSC corps member.
  • HND/BSc in any discipline (Business Administration, Banking & Finance, or related fields preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation and professional appearance.
  • Basic computer proficiency (Zoho Workplace).
  • Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • High level of integrity and attention to detail.
