Location: Lagos
The role involves managing front desk operations, providing basic customer service support, and ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative activities. The officer is responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, directing customer inquiries appropriately, and supporting internal teams with clerical and operational tasks.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors professionally and courteously.
- Direct clients to appropriate departments or officers based on their needs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
- Receive and log incoming correspondence and deliveries.
- Provide basic information about bank services and products.
- Support customer service officers in handling client documentation and filing.
- Assist with data entry, photocopying, scanning, and general clerical duties.
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with all bank policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Currently serving NYSC corps member.
- HND/BSc in any discipline (Business Administration, Banking & Finance, or related fields preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and professional appearance.
- Basic computer proficiency (Zoho Workplace).
- Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- High level of integrity and attention to detail.
