Job Position: Assistant to Chairman & Marketing Director
Location: Abuja (FCT)
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee administrative, commercial, and public relations operations.
- Plan, implement, monitor, and report on management initiatives to ensure timely execution.
- Coordinate business services, track compliance, and evaluate outcomes.
- Facilitate cross-departmental/external collaboration; analyse and summarise project performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above (preferably from a renowned university).
- 1+ years of relevant experience; international corporate exposure and Chinese proficiency are advantages.
- Excellent English fluency (clear enunciation) and polished communication skills.
- Professional demeanour, quick learning agility, and strong integrity.
- Proven organisational, leadership, and interpersonal capabilities; adept at teamwork.
- Proactive, results-driven mindset with end-to-end project management competence.
- Exceptional writing skills and cultural adaptability for multinational collaboration.
