Responsibilities:
- Help us craft and execute brand strategies that resonate and inspire.
- Dive deep into market research and competitive analysis to strengthen our position.
- Turn performance data into stories, insights, and clear direction.
- Support the creation of content that lives across decks, internal comms, and social media.
- Work hand-in-hand with designers, digital minds, and agency partners to ensure brand consistency across every touchpoint.
- Take part in brand audits, listen to our users, and bring back what you hear.
- Roll up your sleeves during brand activations, product launches, and internal events.
- Keep our brand systems organized, current, and sharp.
Requirements
- You see patterns others miss and ask questions no one’s asking.
- You balance data-driven decision-making with creative insight.
- You write with clarity, speak with confidence, and think with structure.
- You own your time, manage your tasks, and move fast with intention.
- You’re not here to be micromanaged. You want to learn, but you also want room to lead.
Educational Qualification
- 1–3 years of experience in branding, marketing, communications, or business analysis.
- A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Excellent research, writing, and presentation skills.
- Fluent in PowerPoint/Keynote, Excel, and maybe even Google Analytics or Meta Ads.
- Bonus points if you dabble in Canva, Figma, or Adobe Spark.
