Job Description
Salary: N200,000 – N250,000 Net Monthly.
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time (Hybrid)
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute community outreach and marketing initiatives to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Manage and grow the organisation’s online and offline communities, ensuring active participation and meaningful interactions.
- Develop and implement social media content plans, campaigns, and community-focused activities.
- Organise and support events, workshops, and networking sessions (virtual and in-person).
- Build and maintain relationships with community leaders, influencers, and partners.
- Monitor, track, and report on community engagement metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Assist in creating marketing materials, newsletters, and community updates.
- Identify opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations to expand reach.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 – 3 years’ proven experience in community management, marketing, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing tools, and engagement strategies.
- Excellent communication, networking, and interpersonal skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content.
