Job Position: Computer Operations Administrator
Location: Abuja

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for the provision of operational and procedural end-user support for Network and PC users

Also responsible for the daily administration and maintenance of all Personal Computers and accessories in the company.

Main Functions

  1. Administration and maintenance of Network Servers and Personal Computers.
  2. Install hardware, run diagnostic procedures on faulty systems, and carry out minor repairs or invite a third-party hardware engineer.
  3. Maintain the interface between IBM AS400 and PC based applications.
  4. Install and administer application packages and utility software.
  5. Provide end-user support for Network and personal computer users.
  6. Provide necessary direction and information to company staff on the usage and handling of personal computers and related application packages.
  7. Provide technical support for SALESFORCE
  8. Administering the company’s E-Mail and Internet Access System.
  9. Familiarisation with helpdesk platforms (Service-now)
  10. User account creation and management on Active Directory.

Relevant Information

Degree or equivalent in computer science, very good knowledge of Network Infrastructure Administration and Implementation and 2 years related experience.
