Job Position: UGC (User-Generated Content) Content Creator
Location: Ikorodu, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time (Hybrid)

Job Summary

Are you energetic, creative, and passionate about creating compelling content that connects with an audience? We are seeking a UGC (User-Generated Content) Content Creator to join our team and take charge of producing engaging digital content that drives brand awareness and user interaction.

This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable on camera, highly active on platforms like TikTok, and confident enough to host webinars or live online events.

You’ll play a key role in shaping our brand presence and working with the creative and marketing teams to bring fresh, relatable content to life.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Create authentic, relatable, and engaging short-form video content (mainly for TikTok and Instagram Reels)
  2. Appear on camera as the face or voice behind brand content
  3. Host or co-host live webinars, product demos, and online events
  4. Develop user-driven storytelling content based on audience trends and insights
  5. Collaborate with the digital marketing team to brainstorm and plan campaign content
  6. Engage with online communities to encourage participation and gather feedback
  7. Contribute to social media challenges, UGC campaigns, and digital storytelling projects
  8. Repurpose and edit content for cross-platform sharing.

Qualification

  1. You are confident and not camera shy – speaking on video or during a live session feels natural
  2. You know your way around TikTok, Instagram Reels, or YouTube Shorts
  3. You enjoy being creative, spotting trends, and producing content that resonates
  4. You’re organised, reliable, and capable of managing your time in a hybrid work setting
  5. You’re familiar with editing tools like CapCut, InShot, Canva, or similar
  6. You understand the importance of brand tone, audience engagement, and quality production

Requirements

  1. 1–3 years of content creation experience (can include personal projects or freelance work)
  2. Strong on-camera presence and excellent communication skills
  3. Ability to edit videos using basic mobile or desktop tools
  4. Previous experience hosting or participating in webinars / live events is a plus
  5. Must reside in or be able to commute to Ikorodu, Lagos
  6. A portfolio or sample of content is required as part of the application.

Salary

N100,000 – N120,000 monthly.
