Job Position: Creative Videographer / Editor

Job Description
The Creative Videographer & Editor will be responsible for producing high-quality visual content that highlights the company’s properties, projects, and campaigns.
The role involves filming, editing, and delivering engaging videos that attract clients, support marketing initiatives, and strengthen the company’s brand presence.
Job Responsibilities
Video Production:
- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos to showcase properties, client testimonials, and company events.
- Capture creative footage, including drone shots, walkthroughs, and lifestyle scenes that highlight property features.
- Ensure all video content meets brand standards and project objectives.
Content Editing & Storytelling:
- Edit raw footage into engaging content with graphics, music, voiceovers, and special effects.
- Apply creative storytelling techniques to communicate the unique value of properties and the brand.
- Optimise videos for use across digital platforms, including social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.
Collaboration & Innovation:
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to align video projects with business goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends and recommend innovative approaches to real estate video marketing.
- Manage and maintain video equipment, ensuring smooth production and high-quality output.
Production Coordination:
- Coordinate end-to-end video production schedules to meet deadlines for property launches and campaigns.
- Organise shoot logistics, including location setup, lighting, and equipment handling.
- Archive and manage video files for easy retrieval and future use.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree / HND in Film Production, Mass Communication, Multimedia, or a related field
- 2 years of proven experience in videography, video editing, and content creation (real estate experience is an advantage)
- Portfolio of previous video projects.
Skills / Competencies:
- Proficiency in videography and editing software
- Strong visual storytelling skills and creativity
- Knowledge of lighting, sound, and camera use
- Motion graphics and animation skills
- Excellent time management and organisation
- Strong communication skills and teamwork
