Job Title: Customer / Logistics Operations Intern
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing daily logistics and delivery operations
- Monitor and coordinate rider activities to ensure timely deliveries
- Provide real-time support to customers via phone, email, or chat
- Resolve delivery issues and escalate complex problems as needed
- Track orders and ensure accurate updates are provided to customers
- Support rider onboarding and documentation processes
- Maintain and update operational databases and dashboards
- Generate daily/weekly operational reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery
Requirements
- Recent graduate (Business, Logistics, or related field preferred)
- Preferably Male for Gender Balance and Living within the Ikeja axis
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using tools like Excel, Google Sheets.
- Availability to work weekends
- Passion for startups, logistics, and excellent customer experience.
