Job Position: Customer Service & Sales Agent
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Job Summary

Job Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions for hall bookings, marquees, and event rentals.
- Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in person, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
- Follow up on leads, negotiate deals, and close sales to achieve revenue targets.
- Maintain records of customer interactions, sales, and transactions.
- Work closely with the operations and logistics teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Provide after-sales support and handle customer complaints professionally.
- Assist in executing marketing and promotional activities.
Requirements
- Minimum of OND / HND / BSc in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1 – 3 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
- Candidate must reside in proximity to Ikeja

Salary
N80,000 – N100,000 monthly.
