Job Title: Front Desk Officer
Responsibilities
- Visitors Reception:
- Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately;
- Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival;
- Maintains security and telecommunications systems.
Call Management
- Ensure that incoming calls are answered promptly.
- Ensure that the reception area is manned at all times during working hours;
- Records every call (official calls) that comes in, in the absence of any personnel concerned;
- Records every call (outgoing) and the caller’s name;
- Ensure proper functioning of the PABX at all times.
Reception Area Management
- Ensure the cleanliness of the reception.
- Managing the front office;
- Visitor/customer management;
- Mail management and procedural support;
- Carry out any other jobs as may be assigned.
Personal Assistant to MD
- Provide support to the MD on administrative tasks
- Coordinate and prioritize the MD’s schedule and activities to ensure optimal use of time
- Plan, organize travel itinerary and flights, accommodation and transportation.
- Ensure the MD’s office is clean and organized at all times.
Requirements
- Candidate must have completed NYSC program and must be female.
