Job Description

We are seeking ambitious and driven recent graduates to join our Graduate Trainee Program. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience, develop your skills, and kick-start your engineering career with the leading and reputable foundry group in Sub-Saharan Africa.

Salary Range: ₦100,000 – ₦150,000/month

Location: Lagos

Who Are We Looking For?

Disciplines:

  • (BSc., B.Eng, HND, or equivalent) Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Metallurgical and Materials Sciences or any related discipline

Special Skills Advantage:

  • Candidates with skills in CAD software such as SolidWorks, Fusion 360, and AutoCAD will have an added advantage.
  • Design Engineer applicants will undergo a practical test in any of these software applications, and if successful, they may have the opportunity to join our engineering/design team.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Recent graduate with no more than 2 years of work experience
  • 30 years or younger
  • Strong academic background with a passion for innovation and problem-solving
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment
