Job Description
Location: Lagos
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily administrative and operational tasks.
- Conduct research and prepare reports, presentations, or documentation as required.
- Support the team in planning and executing projects and initiatives.
- Attend meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items.
- Maintain proper filing, record-keeping, and data entry.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve departmental goals.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications & Requirements
- ND in Business Administration, Office Management or any related field.
- Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to a professional environment.
Work Conditions
- Duration: 12 months
- Job Type: Full Time
- Applicant must reside around Ilupeju, Palmgroove, Onipanu, Fadeyi, Mushin, Somolu, Oshodi, Anthony, Maryland etc.
