Job Position: Marketer
Location: Surulere, Lagos
Job Summary
We are seeking a vibrant and results-driven Marketer to join our team.
The ideal candidate should have strong sales and marketing skills, a flair for fashion, and the ability to attract, engage, and retain customers.
You will play a key role in driving sales growth and promoting the brand.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement creative marketing strategies to promote the boutique’s collections.
- Drive sales to achieve a monthly target of ₦1,000,000.
- Engage new and existing customers through direct marketing, social media, and in-store promotions.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat purchases.
- Provide excellent customer service and represent the brand at all times.
- Collaborate with the boutique team to plan campaigns, discounts, and promotional activities.
- Prepare simple weekly sales reports and provide insights on market trends and customer preferences.
Requirements
- Minimum of SSCE / OND qualification.
- 1 – 2 years of experience in marketing, sales, or fashion retail (preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, persuasive, and goal-oriented personality.
- Passion for fashion and current style trends.
- Must reside within or around Surulere, Lagos.
Compensation
- Basic Salary: N100,000 Monthly
- Commission: 5% on target met
- Monthly Airtime- N10,000
