Job Description

J3 is an FMCG distributor. We have been in existence for over 8 years, and we have branches in the following locations: Lagos, Ibadan, Ogun, Ondo, and Osun State.

Job Position: Marketer
Location: Berger, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

1. Actively seek out new customers, including direct buyers, bulk buyers, and walk-in customers.
2. Engage in both cold outreach and face-to-face marketing at shops and marketplaces to generate new leads and customers.
3. Meet weekly targets for direct buyers, bulk buyers, and walk-in customers.
4. Focus on increasing sales through personal interactions and direct marketing efforts.
5. Have in-depth knowledge of the products to effectively explain and promote them to customers.
6. Use product knowledge to address customer needs and make sales.
7. Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
8. Follow up with customers regularly to ensure satisfaction and identify new sales opportunities.
9. Report weekly on the progress of marketing efforts, including the number of new customers acquired, sales made, and feedback from customers. Highlight successful tactics and suggest areas for improvement.
10. Follow the weekly marketing plans set by the Head of Marketing.
11. Make sure marketing activities are aligned with business goals and target customer segments.
12. Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth transactions and customer satisfaction.
13. Provide feedback from customers to improve product offerings and services.

Requirements

1. Interested candidates should possess an HND / OND / B.Sc. degree with 2 – 4 years of work experience.

Salary

N100,000 Monthly.
