Job Description
Location: Lagos
Provide administrative support, clerical, and data collection to the Head of Transport for his day-to-day running of the Transport and Maintenance Unit & Must be good in Microsoft Excel and other ERP.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Head of Transport & Workshop.
- Ensure the section meetings are properly scheduled and executed.
- Ensure proper documentation of all Head of Transport meetings and activities.
- Ensure Head of Transport instructions and guidelines are strictly adhered to by all staff.
- Fluent in the English language and good behavior.
- Ensure department errands are handled effectively and efficiently.
- Provide administrative support to the Head of Transport.
Educational Qualification and Work Experience
- BSC/HND/B Eng in relevant Subject.
- Professional certificate on Office secretary/ Personal assistance or any related field.
- 2 years’ minimum experience.
