Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Conduct market research and analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities.
• Collaborate with engineering, and operations teams to deliver high-quality products.
• Manage product lifecycle from planning to launch and iteration.
• Monitor key performance metrics and optimize product performance.
• Ensure compliance with fintech regulations and industry standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3 – 4 years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in fintech or financial services.
• Strong understanding of digital banking, payments, or lending products.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
• Experience working in agile environments.
