Location: Remote within Nigeria, able to drop into our Lagos hub when workshops demand

Why we need you

We are scaling fast after picking up “Business Travel Booking Platform of the Year 2025”. We now need someone who can win new corporate business and make sure every booking lands perfectly.

What you will do

  • Hunt and close B2B travel-management and expense deals, owning the full cycle in HubSpot.
  • Hand over like a pro – build booking briefs, confirm itineraries, chase suppliers, hit SLAs.
  • Work with marketing on ideal-customer profiles, outbound cadences and campaign feedback.
  • Feed real customer insight back to the product squad, shaping our roadmap.
  • Track unit economics, reporting CAC, LTV and gross margin at deal level.

What you bring

  • 2-5 years closing corporate accounts in SaaS, fintech or travel.
  • Proven quota attainment (≥ ₦250 m ARR annually or equivalent).
  • CRM discipline, plus Excel or Sheets for quick modelling.
  • Eagle-eyed attention to detail – date changes and VAT quirks never slip past you.
  • Comfort switching from morning sales calls to afternoon supplier chasers.

Nice to have

  • Experience with booking-engine or expense-management APIs.
  • Hands-on knowledge of paid-traffic or intent-data lead gen.
  • Any start-up scale-up story from Series A to B.

  • Competitive base salary + commission on new business.
  • Accelerators at 110% and 130% of quota.
