Job Summary

We are seeking a creative, confident, and camera-ready Social Media Content Creator to be the face and voice of our brand across multiple digital platforms.
This role involves going live, recording engaging video content, creating tutorials, and actively interacting with our audience.
The ideal candidate understands how to connect with an online community, is up to date with social trends, and can craft content that drives engagement and reflects our brand identity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Host live sessions on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook to educate, entertain, and interact with our audience in real-time.
  • Record and produce high-quality video content, including tutorials, product demos, brand updates, and behind-the-scenes clips.
  • Respond to social media DMs, comments, and mentions in a timely and professional manner to build trust and foster community engagement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan, script, and execute content calendars and campaigns.
  • Stay updated on platform trends, viral formats, and content best practices to keep our content fresh and relevant.
  • Track content performance (views, engagement, shares, reach) and provide feedback and suggestions for improvement.
  • Support email marketing efforts by contributing content, visuals, or ideas for newsletters and campaign emails.
  • Ensure all content aligns with the brand’s voice, tone, and aesthetic.

Qualifications

  • Must have a strong, engaging on-camera presence.
  • Proven experience in creating content for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, including Lives.
  • Familiarity with editing tools/apps such as CapCut, InShot, and Canva.
  • Possesses a well-lit, visually appealing space or background suitable for content creation.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to connect with diverse online audiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple content projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to feedback.
  • Strong understanding of engagement strategies and community management.
  • Creative mindset, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and in a team.

Preferred Skills:

  • Prior experience in beauty, fashion, lifestyle, or personal care brands.
  • Ability to write catchy captions, hooks, and calls-to-action that drive interaction.
  • Familiarity with basic social media reporting/analytics tools.
