Job Description
Are you fluent in the language of luxury, style, and digital storytelling? Our high-end fashion boutique in Maitama is seeking a Social Media Manager with a sharp eye for aesthetics and a passion for creating scroll-stopping content that captivates and converts.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a cohesive social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and emerging platforms
- Curate and create visually stunning content that reflects the brand’s elegance and exclusivity
- Manage daily posting, engagement, and community building with followers and influencers
- Collaborate with stylists and photographers to produce high-quality campaigns and behind-the-scenes content
- Monitor analytics and trends to optimise performance and grow brand visibility
- Coordinate social media coverage for in-store events, product launches, and VIP experiences
Requirements
- 3 – 5 years’ experience in social media management, preferably in fashion or luxury lifestyle
- Strong visual storytelling skills and a refined aesthetic sense
- Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, etc.)
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, style-driven environment
- Familiarity with influencer marketing and paid ad strategies is a plus.
