Job Description

Are you fluent in the language of luxury, style, and digital storytelling? Our high-end fashion boutique in Maitama is seeking a Social Media Manager with a sharp eye for aesthetics and a passion for creating scroll-stopping content that captivates and converts.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute a cohesive social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and emerging platforms
  2. Curate and create visually stunning content that reflects the brand’s elegance and exclusivity
  3. Manage daily posting, engagement, and community building with followers and influencers
  4. Collaborate with stylists and photographers to produce high-quality campaigns and behind-the-scenes content
  5. Monitor analytics and trends to optimise performance and grow brand visibility
  6. Coordinate social media coverage for in-store events, product launches, and VIP experiences

Requirements

  1. 3 – 5 years’ experience in social media management, preferably in fashion or luxury lifestyle
  2. Strong visual storytelling skills and a refined aesthetic sense
  3. Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, etc.)
  4. Excellent writing and communication skills
  5. Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, style-driven environment
  6. Familiarity with influencer marketing and paid ad strategies is a plus.
