Ojemdo LLC is a creative media company focused on storytelling that reflects modern African culture and voices. We manage content across multiple digital platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, X (Twitter), Facebook, TikTok, and Spotify Podcasts.

Job Position: Social Media Manager
Location: Remote

Position Overview

We are seeking a Social Media Manager with strong video and audio editing skills to lead content creation and growth across all Ojemdo LLC platforms.

The goal is to increase engagement, followers, subscribers, and traffic — with special emphasis on expanding our YouTube audience and Spotify podcast listenership.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Manage and grow Ojemdo LLC’s presence on YouTube, Instagram, X, Facebook, TikTok, and Spotify Podcasts.
  2. Create, edit, and publish high-quality videos, reels, shorts, and podcast clips.
  3. Post consistently – at least once daily across all active platforms.
  4. Develop creative strategies to boost engagement and drive audience growth.
  5. Track performance analytics and recommend improvements to meet monthly targets.

Requirements

  1. Proven experience managing and growing social-media accounts (especially YouTube and TikTok).
  2. Excellent video and audio editing skills for short-form content.
  3. Strong understanding of Nigerian and African culture, trends, and audiences.
  4. Ability to plan, produce, and post engaging multimedia content independently.
  5. Reliable internet connection and commitment to the daily posting schedule.

Compensation and Terms

  1. N90,000 – N140,000 monthly (based on experience and results).
  2. Performance-based bonus for achieving at least 15% organic monthly growth.
  3. Fully remote opportunity.
  4. Initial 3-month contract with possible long-term renewal based on performance.
