Additionally, Honour Flow owns Elo Ice Cream, delivering sweet treats, alongside a fuel station and gas station serving the energy needs of the community. The group also holds Revelation Bank in Ughelli, contributing to the financial sector.

About the Role

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and innovative Social Media Officer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our company’s online presence, building brand awareness, engaging our audience, and driving growth across multiple digital platforms.

Job Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals.
2. Create, edit, and publish engaging content (text, images, videos, reels, stories, and graphics).
3. Manage company pages across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter (X), TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
4. Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitor activities to keep content fresh and engaging.
5. Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries professionally and promptly.
6. Track and analyse performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) using analytics tools.
7. Collaborate with the marketing and branding teams for campaigns and promotions.
8. Maintain brand consistency across all social channels.

Requirements

1. Minimum of OND/HND/BSc in Mass Communication, Marketing, IT, or related field.
2. Proven work experience as a Social Media Officer/Manager or similar role.
3. Proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, CorelDRAW) and video editing software.
4. Strong understanding of social media algorithms and paid ads.
5. Excellent communication and writing skills.
6. Ability to work independently, creatively, and meet deadlines.
